Mick Marden

President

In his 28-year career in the construction industry, Mick has accumulated extensive experience, demonstrating his versatility and leadership. From his early days on Project Superman to his current role as President of Ganem Construction, Mick has consistently turned blueprints into successful ventures.

As a master in construction and Parker’s trusted deputy, Mick engages with buildings as if they were close friends. He excels at crafting solutions and value propositions, earning a reputation as a strategic expert. Mick fosters collaboration among employees, subcontractors, design teams, and owners, ensuring a seamless and effective project execution. Together with Parker, they transform construction projects into a testament to their dynamic partnership.

Mick’s portfolio includes projects ranging from $100,000 to $95,000,000, covering sectors such as aviation, multifamily housing, hospitality, and public works. His expertise ensures success across a diverse range of projects.

Moreover, Mick is not just a construction leader but also a skilled mediator and counselor. Whether resolving disputes or offering guidance, Mick is the go-to person for maintaining harmony on the construction site. His approachable demeanor and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable asset to Ganem Construction.

Parker Ganem

CEO

Meet Parker, a third-generation expert from Arizona, embodying a legacy of excellence in business with three decades of experience. He has mastered corporate strategies with the finesse of James Bond, always ready to deliver exceptional results. For Parker, the principle is clear: accomplish the task, perfect it, and then elevate it even further.

Beginning his career as an electrician in the construction industry, Parker quickly advanced. In 2000, he founded Ganem Companies, a dynamic enterprise encompassing construction, architecture, development, and property management.

Parker’s team is renowned for their meticulous attention to detail, identifying potential issues well in advance. Their expertise in project completion is unmatched, comparable to holding advanced degrees in construction. If construction were an Olympic event, Parker’s team would not only win the gold but also build the podium. Their thoroughness transforms every project into a masterpiece, working together with a familial bond.

Outside the construction realm, Parker balances numerous roles: devoted husband, father, and adept multitasker. His interests include traveling, aviation, motorcycling, watercraft, and off-roading, reflecting his adventurous spirit.

In Parker’s world, the construction site is a stage, and his team are the dynamic co-stars. They combine hard work with a sense of camaraderie and fun, creating not just structures but lasting memories and a legacy of success.

With Parker, the environment is one where laughter and professionalism coexist, ensuring that the journey is as rewarding as the destination.

Emily Ganem

Executive Vice President

Emily is the dynamic Executive Vice President of our leading construction company. With a management degree from the University of Phoenix, Emily combines practical expertise with a grounded, hands-on approach to leadership. Over her five-year tenure in the construction industry, she has established herself as a committed and capable leader.

In her two years as EVP, Emily has been instrumental in steering the company towards continued success. Her ability to execute and lead with enthusiasm has been crucial in navigating the competitive construction landscape. Emily’s commitment extends beyond business operations; she is deeply engaged with the local Phoenix community, fostering a workplace culture that values teamwork and innovation.

With her robust educational background and extensive real-world experience, Emily Ganem is making significant strides in the construction industry, leaving a lasting impact on both her company and the broader sector.

Keith Doyle

Vice President of Operations

Keith is a seasoned expert in the construction industry whose passion dates back to his early days of ambitious Lego structures. Beginning his career as a grade checker for the family civil engineering company, Keith has built a reputation for teamwork, quality, efficiency, and adeptly managing challenging schedules.

Keith’s impressive project portfolio spans from $30,000 residential projects to $45,000,000 large-scale developments. His role in these projects is akin to conducting a symphony, ensuring every element aligns perfectly for success.

Keith is known for his innovative approach, consistently challenging industry norms. He embodies a mindset of thinking outside the box, prioritizing cost-effectiveness, and avoiding unnecessary expenses. These qualities are his hallmark, setting him apart as a leader in the construction field.

Beyond his professional achievements, Keith’s personal story is equally compelling. He married his high school sweetheart, crafting a love story amidst hard hats and blueprints. Remarkably, he operated a bulldozer at just seven years old, showcasing his early dedication to the industry.

Keith’s guiding principle is rooted in a culture that promotes excellence, empowering individuals to solve problems and shape their own futures. His leadership style and innovative mindset continue to drive the collective pursuit of success within the company.
