Project Manager – Arizona
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, budgeting and coordinating the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner.Project Superintendent – Arizona
Manage and coordinate all on site activities of sub-contractors, vendors and material deliveries on a given project for it to progress in a smooth and safe manner at all times while always striving to meet the scheduled deadline of the project. Coordinates efforts with the Project Manager during daily activities but ultimately reports to the Vice President of Construction.Project Estimator – Arizona
The Estimator is responsible for all projects assigned to this role. The process includes budget development / submission, detailed and comprehensive quality takeoffs, accurate cost evaluation, subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation, coordination with the design team on construction methodology, qualifying bids and scope, and executing contracts. The Estimator will coordinate with other management and senior level positions within the company to share information and ensure a streamlined process. The Estimator will work hand in hand with Estimating Team to achieve department / company goals and shall report to the Director of Preconstruction.Director of Multifamily Construction – Arizona & Texas
The Director of Multifamily Construction will build and manage the personnel, processes, and procedures of the Multifamily Construction department. The Director of Multifamily Construction will report directly to the President of LGE Design Build. The Director of Multifamily Construction will assist in the LGE’s goals, strategies, and planning for construction. This includes master agreements, standard specifications, details, construction methodology, and implementing various processes to achieve a successful project as defined by budget, schedule, and owner satisfaction. This person must be able to define and understand LGE’s proprietary/preferred construction practices.Project Architect, Architectural Division – Arizona
