As a commercial general contracting company, Ganem Construction offers a full spectrum of construction services including Preconstruction, Architecture, Construction Management, CM@Risk, Design/Build, and General Contracting.

Our Services

Design Build

In our specialty of full-service Construction, this process allows clients to go directly through Ganem for both the design and build. Ganem works closely with the owner, design team, and contractors to help outline a cost-effective project while maintaining a schedule. This streamlined process helps minimize risk for the client while saving both time and money. We will work together to fully execute a vision that is both current and timeless buildings that add value to any community. We look forward to creating and realizing our client’s visions.

Development/Pre-construction

Our team is also qualified to help clients assess and streamline commercial opportunities. We can help with securing and developing optimum locations for future endeavors. Our close relationship with architects will maximize potential in any property. Our expertise will help owners project a schedule and costs to avoid future surprises from either area; additionally, we will help secure the necessary permits and municipal relationships that will prevent other hurdles from arising. With our help in this crucial process, future building and occupancy becomes much less difficult and much more enjoyable.

Estimating

During the planning and preconstruction portion of a project, cost control begins with a comprehensive, reliable, and accurate estimate. This includes not only an estimate of what is shown by the architects and engineers, but also what is going to be required. We have extensive cost history data and strong estimating skills, which is crucial for overall success. This allows our project team to manage costs during the construction phase by having an accurate assessment of both budget and schedule.

General Contracting

With a plethora of experience in the Construction field, our team can serve as the general contractor on projects that are past both the development and design phases. We have solid connections with our subcontractors that facilitate and streamlines the process of building. As general contractor for clients’ projects, we will concentrate on managing costs, quality, time, and safety. Additionally, we will serve as point of contact between contracted workers and the owner. This streamlines the process of the Construction experience so that projects can be completed with as much ease as possible.

Construction Management At Risk (CMAR)

If a client desires a more collaborative process wherein, they have more control of the day-to-day operations, we are happy to provide the CMAR service. We will take note of budget and scheduling requirements to deliver a Guaranteed Maximum Price while still meeting cost and design preferences. We will work closely with the owner, designer, and subcontractor to deliver a product that meets and exceeds all parameters.
